FALL/SPRING CULVERT CLEANOUT
All property owners are responsible for keeping drainage ditches
and culverts on or bordering your property cleaned out and free
of leaves and debris. When water cannot run freely it backs up
and erodes our roads increasing our community maintenance costs. PLEASE!
Once in the Fall after the leaves are down and once in the Spring
before the heavy rains - take the time to clean out all your drainage
areas.
LITC Capital Improvement Fee
Under the guidelines of the Planned Community Act, as of January 1, 2009, LITC will charge every new home or lot purchaser a Capital Improvement fee. This applies only to people who do not currently own land or homes in LITC. If you are a current community member and you purchase an additional lot/home, this fee does not apply to you. The one-time fee is $175.00 for a lot with no house and $275.00 for a lot with a house. This fee will be paid to LITC at time of settlement.
LITCPOA Approval is REQUIRED for all new construction,
lot
improvements or alterations, grading, sewage system, water system,
fences, and tree removal or logging. A newly developed LITCPOA Approval
Certificate is to be posted wherever these changes are occuring. Anyone
noting such changes where the Approval Certificate is not clearly
displayed should call the LITCPOA Office or the LITCPOA Building Chairperson,
Ron Ferrara as soon as possible.
Click HERE for an application form to obtain an Approval Certificate.
The Pavilion is available for parties. Call the
