Now, as you are creating your message, just above the editing window is a row of icons for things like Bold, center, etc. If you run your cursor over them a message tells you what they are. To insert a picture, click on the one that says "Creates a(n) ... image code (url required)". It will insert  [img][/img]   into your post. Now place your cursor between the two bracket sets and PASTE (ctrl-v) the URL of your picture. The result should look something like:
[img]...your URL here....[/img]
only with the full URL address of your image in there between the bracket sets. When done you should be able to "Preview" (button at bottom of the page) to see your message with the picture included. If you like, then click "Post" and you are done!
